Established in 2004, Xiaodao Group Co. Ltd. (XDAO), the parent company of Xiaodao Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., has evolved into a prominent and technology-driven enterprise that seamlessly integrates research & development, manufacturing, and sales. Our core mission revolves around the creation of electric bikes, electric scooters, and electric motorcycles, aimed at revolutionizing personal mobility. Under the XDAO brand, we take immense pride in our standing as one of the top four leading brands in the realm of two-wheeled electric vehicles in China. The very name "XDAO" draws inspiration from the Chinese term for a small knife, embodying our commitment to simplicity and utility. This philosophy serves as the bedrock of XDAO's mission, which is to provide economically viable electric mobility solutions for all. At the heart of our operations, XDAO boasts four state-of-the-art production bases strategically located in Tianjin, Wuxi, Chengdu, and Huizhou, housing a total of six factories. This extensive infrastructure empowers us with a remarkable annual production capacity of 10 million units. These facilities serve as not only production hubs but also centers for cutting-edge research and development, complete with a CNAS-approved laboratory, ensuring our commitment to innovation and quality. XDAO has strategically forged partnerships with renowned domestic educational institutions and even the China Aerospace, focusing on pioneering areas like high-efficiency motor technology, battery insulation technology, vehicle control systems, self-balancing technology, and autopilot systems, among others. This collaborative endeavor has resulted in the accumulation of over 200 utility model and design patents, reaffirming our commitment to technological advancement. Moreover, our commitment to excellence extends beyond product innovation to include comprehensive solutions. We offer a range of services including fast charging systems, battery swapping technology, and intelligent control systems, ensuring our customers experience the utmost convenience and efficiency. For our international reach, Xiaodao Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xiaodao Group Co. Ltd., is entrusted with overseeing our global business operations.
