Using High frequency technology equipment, the hardness of the inner wall during the heat treatment process reaches 60-65HRC with a wear-resistant layer of 2.5-3mm. Not only completely solving burst fracture defects, shock and vibration knock vulnerability of the middle double layer tube, but also greatly improves and increase the life of the product and the comprehensive performance., The average volume of concrete delivery reached 50000-80000 cubic meters, much to the satisfaction of users. The advantages of this product is that it is people-oriented, high in safety, long lasting, high energy efficiency, continuous operation, maintenance reduction and improvement of efficiency., "Ruipu" high wear-resistant concrete pump conveying hardened pipe (pipe, elbow, reducer) is a series of products of high quality alloy steel pipe with fluid characteristics, special equipment, high frequency wall heat treatment process, forming high strength tube (55-62HRC), high wear resistant layer (1.8mm), high resistance to plastic deformation of the outer surface so as to achieve high strength, high toughness and high wear resistant combination. Making the concrete conveying pipe able to withstand more concrete (gravel, gravel, granite, slag) impact and wear, greatly improving the compressive strength and lifespan of the conveying pipe up to 4 to 5 times., "Ruipu" brand pipe products are widely used in the construction industry of concrete pump trucks i. e. Conveying pipes, concrete pump pipes, cloth rod conveying pipes, pipes and concrete mixing stations. Specializing in the production of "Fukuda, 31, XCMG, Zoomlion, Heino, Singapore and Malaysia honedeli, Honda, elephant, Shi Weiyin.
