Company introduction
SKPL LIFT has been deeply engaged in the truck-mounted crane industry for 18 years. The company operates a 40, 000 m² Crane manufacturing campus equipped with nine internationally advanced production lines-a modern base integrating manufacturing, R&D, and product showcasing-providing a solid guarantee for both product quality and production capacity. As a professional crane manufacturer and supplier, we are committed to delivering fully customized lifting solutions. From initial requirement discussions to final installation and commissioning, we ensure seamless coordination to meet the operational needs of multiple sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and port lifting. Our manufacturing process follows a rigorous and controlled approach. Industrial designs are developed using 3D modeling and finite element analysis to ensure scientific precision. Raw materials are carefully selected before undergoing laser cutting (accuracy up to 0.1 mm), CNC machining, grinding and polishing, robotic welding, and multi-layer eco-friendly coating and curing. Prior to delivery, every product undergoes comprehensive load testing under simulated working conditions to ensure safety performance meets the highest standards. With exceptional capabilities and stringent quality control, SKPL LIFT has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification and CE certification, and has participated in drafting national industry standards for truck-mounted cranes. Our advanced hydraulic transmission system delivers rapid response and powerful performance for efficient lifting operations, with minimal positioning error, ensuring smooth load hoisting and movement. At the same time, our cranes achieve significant weight reduction while greatly increasing load capacity, offering excellent fatigue resistance for long-term operation under demanding conditions.
