Company introduction
Shanghai shengdu pump technology Co., Ltd. is an economic entity integrating scientific research and development, design and processing, marketing and other products with various types of stainless steel pumps, fluoroalloy pumps, self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, submerged pumps, desulfurization pumps, magnetic pumps, industrial pumps, fluorine-lined valves, pipe fittings, etc; Years, the company has achieved continuous development thanks to the care and support of leaders at all levels and the vast number of new and old customers. Company according to the industry quality system certification standards, the use of strict processing technology and control procedures to ensure the quality of products, the company's quality is increasing day by day; Competing with the market, the company fully relies on scientific and technological management and technological innovation, strengthens core competitiveness, continuously optimizes the combination, absorbs scientific and technological personnel, and continuously improves product quality; The products are equipped with hundreds of enterprises and units throughout the country, such as electric power, steel, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceutical, food, electronics, environmental protection, municipal construction, etc., and are well-known throughout the country for their excellent quality, reasonable price and enthusiastic and responsible after-sales service, deeply loved by users. The single screw pump design is a revolutionary advancement in pumping technology, offering a unique solution for various fluids' transfer in numerous industries. Recognized for its ability to handle different fluids, including those that are viscous, shear-sensitive, or contain solids, this type of pump ensures a smooth and continuous flow. Its compact design and efficient operation make it a popular choice in sectors such as chemical processing, food and beverage, and oil and gas. Shsdpump single screw pumps can be used in all industries to convey a variety of media or perform high-precision metering. From low-viscosity media to non-flowing media, with or without solids, shear-sensitive, viscous, or abrasive - sharppump direct coupling can be used to achieve smooth and low-pulsation conveying of the media. G single screw pump consists of suction, discharge, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint part seal assembly and bearing seat. The working part is composed of rotating eccentric rotor and stator. The rotor and stator have two contact points in every transverse section. These contact points from two sealing lines along the working parts of rotor (or stator). Thus comes into one or a few sealing chambers when the rotor rotating. The media entering the sealing chamber remove smoothly from suction end to discharge end along the sealing chamber. During the whole running, the pressure pulsation is very low which has no any effect upon the intrinsic construction of pumped media.
