Company introduction
Shanghai POWER PLANT VALVE FACTORY Co., Ltd. Was founded in1966, Itis located in No. 1268, Qingpu District, Shanghai, China. The predecessor of the company was the Shanghai Power Station Valve Factory. After morethan fifty years of entrepreneurship, creation, and innovation, the SDF brand is now abrand recommended by the China National Electric Equipment Management Associationand a specialized manufacturer designated by the Ministry of Machinery and the StatePower Corporation for producing high-temperature and high-pressure power station valves. The company is fully eguipped with production facilities and comprehensive testingmethods. The new factorycovers anareaof 73336 m2. With atotalinvestmentof severalhundred million yuan. It has introduced major equipment, including Olympus direct-readingoptical emission spectrometers, X-ray inspection rooms, ultrasonic flaw detectors, DP600plasma spray welding machines for sealed sufaces. 1800t high-pressure large-diametervalve testing machines, DN4000 CNC vertical machining centers, and machining centerswhich have rapidly improved and enhanced the company's product manufacturingcapabilities and testing standards. It now has an annual production capacily of 800, 000sets of forged steel valves. The company was among the early ones in the industry to obtain the three-systemcertifications (quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety managementsystems), as well as special equipment production licenses at levels A1, A2, and B(covering qate valves, qlobe valves, check valves, control valves, ball valves, butterflyvalves, ultra-low temperature valves, etc. ), API certification, EU CE certification, andvarious other qualification certificates. The company possesses modern testing methods, including mechanical performance, spectroscopy, metallography, PT, UT, RT, MT, andothers. The capabilities for valve factory and tvpe testing Include high and low-pressurewater or gas testing, high and low-temperature valve testing, valve fire testing, low leakagetesting, valve cycle life testing, valve flow testing, vacuum testing, and more. The valvetesting processes have obtained third-party certification The comnany mainlymanufactures products such as gate yalves globe yalves. Checkvalves, ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, steam traps, and instrument valves. Itsproducts primarilv serve Industries includinq electric power.
