Daily capacity:Produces 25000+ sqm of 4mm thickness SPC flooring in 24 hours. Available Options: Thickness range:3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.5mm, 7.0mm, 7.5mm. Surface textures:Smooth, deep grain (0.15mm-0.48mm), light grain, leather grain. Decorative film: Standard thickness:0.07mm (customizable). 200+ pattern designs:Wood, marble, carpet, grass, modern textures. MOQ for custom film:1,000 meters. Wear layer options: Standard:0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm. Custom thicker layers available for commercial applications. Our extrusion process combines precision engineering with custom flexibility to meet diverse project requirements. 2.UV Coating The UV coating process utilizes a fully automated production line with an 8-hour production capacity of at least 5,000 square meters. UV coating can create glossy, matte, or semi-matte finishes on SPC flooring.It also makes the SPC flooring more wear-resistant and non-slip. 3.Cutting/Grooving The cutting/grooving process utilizes a fully automated production line, which primarily cuts SPC flooring to the desired size and creates the four-edge locking clips.Our production capacity is at least 7,000 square meters in 8 hours. Reference sizes available: Regular flooring:1220 X (180mm/182mm/183mm). Large-size flooring:1524 X 228mm, suitable for high-end projects. Small-size flooring:640 X 128mm, 600 X 300mm, suitable for compact spaces. Custom sizes available to meet specific project requirements. 4.Soundproof Padding The silent mat application process utilizes an automated production line, with an 8-hour production capacity of at least 5,000 square meters. Materials include IXPE (commonly used with a thickness of 1mm) and EVA (commonly used with thicknesses of 1.5mm/1mm). IXPE sound insulation mats can reduce noise by up to 18dB, providing a quieter and more comfortable walking experience. The surface texture of the silent mats is primarily woven, with a Water Cube pattern. 5.Packaging Qingdao Huanju New Material has a fully automated packaging line capable of packaging at least 2,000 packages of SPC flooring in 8 hours. Qingdao Huanju New Material provides customized packaging for customers.Packing is then done on pallets. After palletizing, the pieces are separated by density board or multi-layer board, and paper corner protectors are used.
