Company introduction
SHANTOU CHENGHAI PENGCHENG TOY IND. Co., Ltd. (ToysBase) - Your Trusted Global Toy Manufacturing Partner ToysBase is a professional manufacturer and exporter of toys and electronic play products, based in Shantou Chenghai, Guangdong, the world's largest toy production cluster. For over 24 years, we have grown from a local factory into a comprehensive international toy enterprise under the brand name TOYSBASE, supported by our Hong Kong trading company, Pengcheng Toy Industry Co., Limited. Today we serve wholesale buyers, importers, distributors, chain retailers, and brand owners in more than 100 countries, with particular strength in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. Being located in Chenghai gives us a unique competitive edge. This famous cluster gathers thousands of toy suppliers, mold makers, raw material producers, and testing laboratories within one area, enabling fast supply chains, competitive costs, and instant market intelligence. For customers, this means better prices, shorter lead times, and more innovative products. Our greatest strength is enormous product capability. Our in-house library holds more than 500, 000 validated models, while our R&D team continuously develops new items following global trends. Our range covers infant and baby toys, intelligent educational toys, remote control cars and drones, magnetic building blocks, dollhouses, robotic dogs, sport and outdoor toys, summer water play products, and electric toy guns. Buyers can consolidate all their purchasing in one factory, cutting sourcing costs and speeding new products to market. Behind every order stands a mature manufacturing system. Our factory operates complete production lines, from injection molding and electronic component assembly to painting, decoration, and final packaging. A dedicated quality control team supervises each stage, from incoming material inspection and first article approval to in-process checks and final random inspection, ensuring every container meets the exact specifications agreed with our customers. Compliance with international safety regulations is fundamental to our promise. Our products are manufactured and tested in line with major standards such as EN71, ASTM F963, and CE, covering European, American, and other destination markets. We keep export certifications updated and provide complete documentation, including test reports and certificates, for smooth customs clearance and confident market entry, while adapting to changing regulations. Our OEM and ODM services are a key reason buyers continue to work with us long term. Our engineering and design teams develop exclusive products, customize colors and packaging, apply private labels, and fine-tune details to suit local market preferences and regulations. From concepts and 3D drawings to samples, mass production, and drop shipping, we manage every step with transparent communication and reliable timelines, fully protecting the brand identity and market exclusivity of our customers. As a comprehensive B2B trading and manufacturing partner, we deliver far more than products. Our professional international sales team offers factory-direct pricing, rapid quotations, flexible payment terms, efficient sea and air freight coordination, and responsive after-sales support. We communicate in clear English and keep buyers fully informed throughout ordering, production, and shipment. Our exhibition and trade experience also allows us to share valuable market insights so both sides grow together. Low MOQ support and fast sampling service help new partners test the market with confidence.
