(Hereinafter YF) is a professional piston manufacturer, mainly engages in Medium-speed diesel engine piston production. YF has 120 employees, 45 of them are technical engineers., YF attaches great importance to R&D, has stronger ability to develop, rich experiences in manufacturing and deeply research in material and process of medium-speed diesel pistons. YF is one of factories that research and manufacture thin-walled ductile iron piston of Medium-speed diesel engine in the very beginning, and has advanced technology in this region., YF attaches great importance to quality control, has passed ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004, OHSAS18001: 2007and CCS. YF is the first Chinese factory to have the MAN B&W production license of L23/30-4 stroke diesel engine piston., YF has advanced casting production line, many CNC machining equipments, spectrum analyzer, NDT, CMM and some other testing instruments. YF can manufacture 25 thousand medium-speed diesel engine pistons per year, all the finish machining are done by CNC equipments., YF has developed dozens of high-power diesel engine pistons in these years, which diameters are from Φ 160 to Φ 400. The main piston structures are thin-walled ductile iron piston, alloy cast iron piston, steel crown and aluminum skirt piston, steel crown and iron skirt piston. YF supplies pistons to many famous companies in China (CSSC, WEICHAI, CSR-GE, CNR) and export pistons to USA, India., YF also develops many other spare parts for medium-speed diesel engine, such as cylinder head, water jacket and so on., More, , Less,
