First, workers inspect the pig iron and scrap steel. After passing the inspection, they are sent to the electric melting furnace for melting. The pig iron and scrap steel are melted into molten iron, which is then poured into molds. The formed parts are then subjected to shakeout and cleaning, followed by the shot blasting cleaning process. After that, workers perform grinding and inspection. Once they pass the inspection, the parts are packaged and stored for sale.
