Is a professional factory foucs on designing producing and customizing water purification units and sets of accssories. We sets up different departments such as mould department. Raw material granulation workshop. Injection molding workshop and no dust assemble workshop. We owns professional technical engineers from Taiwan, from design to production follow up, especially goods at open high precision bearing plastic mould. We jointly north ordnance group materials research institute operate a high impact. High pressure calcium agent to overcome the industry problems of low bearing calcium carbonate masterbatch, glass fibers surface roughness. Make our products appearances& quality not any influences with high blasting pressure with using additives; Injection mould workshop adopt atomated production line, effectively improve production efficiency, and greatly reduce the probability of human abnormal operation. Assembly workshop adopt separation from people and goods. To fully guarantee the key parts such as o ring seals and others from dust pollution. Prevent the danger of high pressure leakage., Cixi ovsen water purification equipment co., Ltd always devote ourselves to solve any problems in water profession without solutions since we set up. We develop 20 inch high brusting & blasting pressure housing (blasting pressure above 35kg, water hammer experimental 0-10kg, more than 100 thousand times), 400gpd, 600gpd, 800gpd RO membrane housing(burst pressure can reach more than 35kg, the water hammer experiment in 0-10kg, more than 100 thousand times); Breaking the principle of high pressure large parts must be imported from Taiwan. For the 10 inch housing, We apply three patents for utility models, successfully solved the housing tighten position clearly marked (the installation person did not know whether the housing it's tighten or not) high pressure water hammer prevent loosen(solve the danager of water leakage caused by long time water hammer) Technical problems, won the domestic and foreign counterparts recognition., Through ovsen's efforts, we already have a dozen high pressure parts, filter housing from 10 inch to 20 inch, RO membrane housing from 50 to 800 gallons, shaped the most complete range of articles parts suppliers At the same time. Depends on ovsen's its own best quality and excellent customer service awareness, won the opportunities including media, 3M. Unilever, Haier, Angel, Philips, Foxconn and other famous brands also won the trust and Highly recognized; We are the only one membrane housing supplier pointed by Dow in domestic market..., We are grateful to customers, but also continuously technological innovation & service to reward our customers, your request and attention, support and trust of our development is a powerful driving force!, More, , Less,
