Company introduction
In 2001, against the backdrop of a burgeoning global demand for high - quality fasteners and a rapidly evolving domestic manufacturing landscape, Zhejiang Malaxy Hardware Factory was founded. In the early days, the factory faced numerous challenges, from tight budgets restricting the purchase of advanced equipment to intense competition in the domestic market. However, with a team of passionate entrepreneurs and skilled workers, we persevered. We started with a simple yet profound mission: To produce fasteners that not only met but exceeded industry standards. After five years of arduous efforts and continuous improvement, by 2006, we had established a solid foothold in the domestic fastener market. Recognizing the vast potential of the international market and the need for a more strategic presence to facilitate exports, we set up the export branch office - Shanghai Malaxy Industry Co., Ltd. Shanghai, with its world - class port facilities, a large pool of international trade talent, and a vibrant business environment, became the perfect springboard for our global expansion. Today, MALAXY has emerged as a leading manufacturer in both the fastener industry and the mechanical equipment industry. Our product portfolio is a testament to our commitment to comprehensiveness and quality. In the fastener segment, we offer an extensive range of bolts, from the common hexagon bolts used in everyday construction to specialized high - strength bolts designed for the aerospace and automotive industries. Our nuts are available in various shapes and sizes, with unique thread designs to ensure maximum stability and durability. Screws, washers, each product undergoes rigorous quality control processes to meet the most demanding international standards. Innovation lies at the heart of MALAXY's development. We have a dedicated R & D team consisting of experienced engineers and technicians who are constantly exploring new materials, manufacturing techniques, and product designs. For instance, we are researching the use of advanced alloy materials in our fasteners to enhance their corrosion resistance and load - bearing capacity. This continuous pursuit of innovation has enabled us to achieve significant business and technological breakthroughs. We also place great importance on our global partners. We actively engage in communication with customers from all over the world, attending international trade fairs and industry conferences regularly. By listening to their needs and feedback, we are able to tailor our products to different markets. For example, in response to the European market's strict environmental protection requirements, we have developed a series of eco - friendly fasteners with low - carbon manufacturing processes. Quality assurance is a non - negotiable aspect of our operations. Having obtained certifications such as TS 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, we have established a comprehensive quality management system. From the sourcing of raw materials to the final product inspection, every step is closely monitored to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Our products have successfully penetrated more than 85 countries, including the USA, Germany, and Peru. In the USA, our products are well - received in the automotive aftermarket, where their high quality and reliability have earned us a good reputation. In Germany, known for its high - standards in manufacturing, our products have passed stringent quality checks and are now being used in various industrial applications. In Peru, we have become a trusted supplier for infrastructure development projects. Looking ahead, MALAXY will continue to uphold its core values of innovation, quality, and customer - centricity. We aim to further expand our global market share, invest more in R & D, and enhance our brand image, striving to become a world - class manufacturer in the industry.
