Our annual output is around 3, 600 tons, the max single casting weight is up to 2 tons. Casting size range vary from 1/2" to 36", pressure range from 150LB to 2500LB. Casting material is mainly Stainless Steel, duplex stainless steels, Carbon Steel, Heat-resistant Steel, pressure-resistant steel, Medium & Low Alloy Steel etc., Strict process control and state-of-the-art technologies ensures reliable supply of quality castings. We has advanced and complete testing machines, including spark Spectrometer, Metal Microscope, Handheld Spectrometer, Brinell Hardness Tester, Omnipotent Tensile Tester, Impact Tester, Sand Strength Tester.
