Jiangsu Changchen Materials Co., Ltd., parent of Juchen Metal Technology (Jingjiang) Co., Ltd., is situated in Jingjiang of Yangtze River Delta, boasting convenient land and water logistics and complete steel industrial supporting resources. Established in 2015, we have developed into an integrated special steel supplier covering raw material sales, deep processing and overseas export. We are certified as National Top 100 Special Steel Suppliers and formed a professional foreign trade team to serve buyers from Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America. We possess 8000 sq. M storage yards with over 5000 tons regular stock to meet small trial orders and large engineering demands with fast lead time. Equipped with peeling machines, straighteners, CNC saws, heat treatment furnaces and CNC lathes, we provide one-stop processing services including peeling, cutting, heat treatment and precision machining. Surplus steel recycling service is also available to reduce clients' procurement cost. We maintain long-term stable cooperation with well-known domestic steel mills such as Baosteel and Shagang to guarantee stable supply and competitive prices. Our product line contains carbon steel, heat-resistant alloy steel (ASTM A182 F11/F22/F91/F92), die steel, stainless steel, boiler seamless pipes, custom valve & ring forging blanks, flanges and fasteners. All products comply with GB, ASTM, JIS and EN standards for power, petrochemical, wind power and machinery industries. We run an independent inspection lab equipped with spectrometers, tensile testers and ultrasonic flaw detectors. Each batch will pass full chemical, mechanical and 100% UT inspection with complete batch traceability. EN 10204 3.1 MTC certificates are available, and our factory holds ISO and SGS certifications. Our export team has rich international trade experience and accepts T/T and L/C payments. Custom materials and processing solutions can be made based on customers' technical drawings.
