It covers an area of 47, 000 square metres, with the registered capital of RMB 13 Million Yuan. The company has been kept devoting to develope and innovate Wood Plastic Composite products continiously, and has won 19 national invention patents. The products have passed the testing by both of China National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and China National Xinjiang Turpan Natural Environment Test Research Center. The company has become one of Chinese wood plastic co-extrusion advocates and leading enterprises, Especially with the international cutting-edge innovated technology of ASA/PVC co-extrusion wood plastic core preparative technique, , which has won the National invetion patent (Patent No. 201710164922. X). Jian Yuan ASA WPC co-extruded outdoor products series are high-end products, they have not only structure durability, but also have the aesthetics durability and the durability of ornamental and experience. The application range is extensive. They are the new generation WPC products of outdoor landscape, which is green and environmental protection., Jianyuan S&T co. Has developed successfully more than dozen kinds of ASA/WPC co-extruded products series for both of outdoor and indoor. They are widely used in garden decking, guardrail, out wall, fence, pergola, flower box and park leisure chairs and interior decoration, ect., Using space flight and aviation technology and bringing the most advanvced double-machine co-extrusion technology, the ASA WPC co-extruded product is single shot shaped. It has strong wood texture sense. The high fiber materials used in the core layer, that makes molecule structure keep stable, so that the product has high weather resistance, strong UV resistance and high abrasive resistance ability and free maintenance in various natural environments., Based on the WPC materials used in the core layer, modified ASA macromolecule materials are co-extruded to wrap the WPC material, the ASA material is just like to put a armor on the WPC layer., Therefor, ASA co-extruded products have fundamentally overcomed the techology difficulties and the pain spots of the normal WPC products, corrosion resistant wood and other composite matetials products as below:, 1)Low weather resistance, 2)Poor ageing resistance, 3)Poor thermal stability, 4)Low water proof and poor corrosion resistance 5)Low fire resistance, ect., While ASA/PVC co-extrusion products have the characteristics of lasting weather ability, rich colours and better themo stability, nice wooden texture. It provides a wider choices and high values-added products for the majority users in the world., More, , Less,
