Hangzhou HengYi Packaging Material Co., Ltd. is a flexible plastic packaging manufacturer in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, with packaging manufacturing experience since 2004. Our approximately 2, 500-square-meter production facility has 30 employees, including 20 production staff and 5 quality inspectors, and supports monthly output of about 60 tons. Our core products are PE flat bags, polyethylene film and tubing rolls, and ziplock or slider bags. We manufacture with LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE, offering virgin and recycled material options, custom widths from 7 cm to 2 m, single-side thickness from 0.008 mm to 0.20 mm, Pantone colors, transparent, frosted or opaque finishes, and up to 8-color gravure printing. Production covers raw material preparation, film blowing, printing, bag making, inspection and packing. Main equipment includes six film-blowing machines, six bag-making machines, three gravure printing presses, six mixers, one slitter and one folding machine. Quality control covers incoming materials, film thickness and width, print quality, bag dimensions, seal strength and outgoing sampling. Unprinted samples can normally be completed within 3 days, printed samples in about 10 days, and regular mass production within 3 weeks. Stock samples are free; A custom unprinted sample is USD 25 per specification. Payment is by T/T only, either full payment or 30% deposit with 70% paid before shipment. EXW, FOB and DDP are available, with FOB Shanghai or Ningbo. We have supplied customers in Europe, Australia, Canada, the Middle East and Japan.
