The core team comes from Tsinghua University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The R&D and production of thin-film optoelectronic devices (perovskite/OPV) and related equipment are the company's main business. The company has obtained 8 authorized patents and became a national high-tech enterprise in 2018. The company's office area, laboratory and production workshop exceed 1, 000 square meters, with nearly 30 employees., 1. Thin-film optoelectronic device research and development capabilities, The perovskite solar device produced by the company obtained the first international steady-state certification efficiency record in Newport, USA in February 2018. The device with an area of 20.77cm2 and a steady-state photoelectric conversion rate of 16.63%. In June 2020, the company conducted efficiency certification of perovskite solar devices at TÜ V, with a device area of 46.2 cm² And a steady-state photoelectric conversion rate of 18.07%. This certification is the result of Zhongneng Optoelectronics' firm implementation of the "Device + Equipment Two-wheel Drive" strategy. The company has built a 100-500kW (quasi-MW) level large-area perovskite solar device pilot platform for rapid process optimization. The company plans to submit a certified device with an effective area of 300-900cm2, PCE~20%, and the stability of light, heat and humidity meet the requirements of IEC61215 and IEC61646 standards., 2. Design and manufacturing capabilities of equipment and production lines, In response to the research and development and industrialization needs of perovskite photovoltaic devices, the company has developed a variety of perovskite photovoltaic device equipment, including: Spray pyrolysis coating machine, glass cutting machine, precision Slot-Die coating machine, laser etching machine, vacuum evaporation coating machine, Magnetron sputtering machine, PECVD and SALD, etc., with nearly 20 patents, has passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification. There are nearly 30 customers and partners in China and abroad, such as Tsinghua University, Xiamen University, University of Macau, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and China Huaneng Group., More, , Less,
