The park covers an area of over 140 mu, with a 4, 000 square meter technology research and development center and a 30, 000 square meter modern production plant. Since its establishment, the company has maintained high-quality development and is a national key specialized and new "small giant" enterprise. On September 20, 2023, it officially landed on the A-share Growth Enterprise Market (stock code: 301548)., The company's main business is the research, design, production, and sales of dynamic pressure oil film sliding bearings. It is a core key basic component manufacturing enterprise with international competitiveness. It has built a diversified product model with dynamic pressure oil film sliding bearings as the main product and rolling bearings and related products as supplementary products. Product specifications range from a minimum bearing inner diameter of 15 mm to a maximum of 1400 mm, covering almost all types of sliding bearings used in energy generation, industrial drive, petrochemicals, and shipbuilding industries., The company's bearing products have the characteristics of strong load-bearing capacity, high rotational accuracy, and long service life. The main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level. With its deep technological accumulation and rich diversified product matrix, product sales have covered many countries, including China, South Korea, India, Germany, the United States, and France., In terms of domestic substitution, after years of innovative research and development, the company's independently developed dynamic pressure oil film sliding bearings can operate stably for a long time in high-temperature, high-speed, harsh environments, and extreme heavy loads. This not only effectively solves the supporting bottlenecks of key host customers in key areas but also helps to improve the domestic rate of advanced technological equipment, heavy-duty gas turbines, and major equipment such as petrochemical "ethylene three machines" in China. At the same time, the company has also participated in the global supporting of internationally renowned companies and has become a partner of several industry leaders such as Siemens AG, Sulzer, and GE., As a technological benchmark in the domestic sliding bearing industry, the company has established key R&D platforms such as the Provincial Sliding Bearing and Rotating Machinery Fault Diagnosis Engineering Technology Research Center and the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of High-end Intelligent Equipment Key Components. It has more than 150 valid patents and has presided over or participated in the formulation of 14 national standards related to sliding bearings. It has undertaken the bearing R&D work of several national major equipment projects and completed the "Sinopec Major Equipment Domestication Project, " "Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project, " "5MW and above large wind power equipment project, " "300MW Class F-class heavy-duty gas turbine project, " and "Supercritical carbon dioxide power generation ultra-high-speed power generation project, " etc., developing high-end precision sliding bearings needed for several national key equipment. Some products have been supplied to customers' mainframes and used in major national projects under construction., In the future, the company will continue to promote the "one core, two wings" development strategy, with industrial sliding bearings as the core industry, and international market development and new product market development as the two wings, accelerating the development of new productive forces and striving to become a world-leading sliding bearing R&D, manufacturing, and overall solution service provider., More, , Less,
