With years of experience in non-ferrous metal (copper, nickel, lead, zinc) smelting equipment, we stand out for "strong process adaptability, stable operation and remarkable energy saving". We provide global metallurgical enterprises with customized solutions-from single equipment to complete smelting lines-to help them achieve efficient, green and intelligent production., We focus on core links of non-ferrous metal smelting. All equipment has been verified in thousands of industrial practices, and can accurately match different production capacities and raw material characteristics:, **Rotary Anode Furnace**: For copper anode refining, with inclined furnace structure and zoned temperature control. Anode plate purity ≥99.5%, furnace lining life +20%, suitable for 50, 000-500, 000 tons/year copper smelting. -, **PS Converter**: Integrates automatic oxygen lance adjustment, real-time molten bath temperature monitoring and flue gas waste heat recovery. Smelting cycle -15%, energy consumption per ton of metal -8-10kg standard coal, widely used in copper/nickel rough smelting., - **Bottom-Blown Furnace**: Adopts side-blown + bottom-blown composite stirring, adaptable to complex ores and recycled copper. Metal recovery rate ≥98.5%, with supporting environmental protection system for up-to-standard flue gas emission., - **Smelting/Converting Furnace**: Customized by raw materials (concentrates, scrap metals), with intelligent control system supporting remote start-stop and fault early warning, reducing manual work intensity., Why Global Customers Choose Luoyang Heli?, - **Process-Equipment Integration**: A team of over 10 senior smelting engineers optimizes equipment structure and control logic based on your raw material composition, capacity plan and environmental requirements, avoiding "disconnection between equipment and process"., - **Strict Quality Control**: Core components (furnace shell, transmission system, combustion device) use Q345R temperature-resistant steel and high-strength alloys. Key welds: 100% non-destructive testing; Pre-delivery: 72-hour no-load test + simulated load test., - **Global Standards & Local Adaptation**: - Electrical systems comply with IEC standards, available with CE/UL certifications, compatible with 110V/220V/380V/480V voltages and 50Hz/60Hz frequencies. - Provides equipment splitting design and on-site assembly to solve cross-border transportation of large equipment.
