We are not just a production factory; We are a problem solver for heavy machinery wear. HXMD integrates the entire value chain-from R&D and raw material testing to precision forging, heat treatment, and final shipment. Our mission is to provide high wear-resistant parts that extend service life and reduce downtime for our customers. We are dedicated to becoming a globally respected brand by delivering durable, high-performance components that engineers trust. [BRAND STORY] Forging Excellence Since the 1990s Our journey began in the early 1990s as a small fastener workshop. Over three decades, that small workshop has evolved into a modern manufacturing enterprise driven by technological innovation. The past 30 years have witnessed our unwavering focus on metallurgy and forging processes. At HXMD, we believe that the best wear parts come from a deep understanding of material science and working conditions. By continuously investing in R&D and advanced production equipment, we ensure that every bucket tooth we produce delivers maximum clamping force and wear resistance. Today, HXMD stands as a symbol of durability. Facing future challenges, we remain committed to innovating and providing products that not only improve work efficiency but also bring tangible economic benefits to our customers worldwide. DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES 1985 - 1994 The Foundation The factory was established, starting with just 4 employees, specializing in the production and processing of fasteners and basic forging parts, laying the groundwork for future metallurgical expertise. 1995 - 2001 Strategic Pivot The factory expanded its workforce to 20 and shifted focus toward R&D of construction machinery parts, recognizing the growing demand in the infrastructure sector. 2002 - 2006 Corporate Establishment Founded Quanzhou Minda Machinery, officially entering the market with undercarriage parts, auto parts, and high-strength fasteners. 2007 - 2013 Specialization in Wear Parts Established Quanzhou Huixin Minda Machinery Manufacturing, concentrating efforts on the R&D of net grid parts and high-tensile bolts. In 2010, we set up a dedicated R&D department focused exclusively on forged bucket teeth, becoming one of the first manufacturers in the region to pioneer this technology. 2014 - 2019 Market Penetration & Technological Upgrade Our forged bucket teeth were officially launched and received market acclaim. In 2016, we introduced advanced hydraulic forging equipment, significantly enhancing precision and product consistency, which marked our entry into the broader domestic market. 2020 - 2022 Systemization & Export Growth Achieved ISO 9001 certification. We developed a complete series of bucket teeth (covering most machinery brands) and expanded aggressively into overseas markets. In 2021, we added two new production lines to meet surging global demand. 2023 - 2024 Heavy-Duty Capability & OEM Recognition Introduced specialized equipment for large-tonnage bucket teeth and fully automated mesh belt heat treatment equipment, stabilizing quality at a world-class level. In 2024, we passed stringent audits and began working as an approved supplier for top Chinese OEMs. 2025 & Beyond Scaling New Heights We have expanded our production capacity to a maximum monthly output of 1, 000 tons. With continuous investment in R&D for new forged bucket teeth profiles and alloys, HXMD is not just keeping up-we are always moving forward, setting the standard for wear parts manufacturing.
