Wuxi General Machinery Co., Ltd. (GLTM / GLT) is a China professional gear process equipment and CNC machines manufacturer. Located in Wuxi, China, near the beautiful Taihu Lake, convenient transportation, complete supporting facilities. We began to produce high-speed and high-efficient CNC gear hobbing machines in 2012, and has a research and development technical team with working experience in old state-owned enterprises in Shanghai. After years of technical accumulation, efforts and summary on gear hobbing machine, gear cutting machine and gear milling machine, our technical team has developed and optimized the whole series to the present: G80CNC, G100CNC, G100CNC-B, G160CNC, G200CNC, G250, G300CNC, G350CNC, G400CNC, G500CNC, G600CNC, G800CNC, G1000CNC, G1200CNC, G1500CNC, G2000CNC gear hobbing machine, and spline milling machine YK3610, YK3615. This series of high-speed and high-efficiency CNC gear hobbing machines adopts the principle of generating method to realize the hobbing of cylindrical spur gears, cylindrical helical gears (shaft gears, disc gears), worm gears, small taper gears, drum gears, splines, sprockets, synchronous pulleys and other specific tooth types. The main castings of the machine tool are designed with double-wall and high-rib plate structure, and through finite element analysis, it can not only ensure the overall rigidity of the machine tool but also take into account the stability of the machine tool. Product design to high rigidity, high efficiency, high reliability for the design concept, In the automobile, motorcycle, reducer, synchronous belt wheel, pump industry and other industries for the majority of customers to successfully provide a variety of tooth making solutions, for customers around the country to bring efficiency and success at the same time for GLT products to bring the trust of customers and market share.
