Company Profile Founded in 1997, SynWin Environmental Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of customized water and wastewater treatment equipment. With nearly 30 years of experience, SynWin serves municipal and industrial customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators worldwide. Product Portfolio SynWin provides equipment covering the major stages of water and wastewater treatment: 1. Screening and Pretreatment: Mechanical bar screens, coarse and fine screens, rotary rake screens, rotary screens, drum screens, tank screens, grab-type screens, grit removal systems, grit classifiers, conveyors, and compactors. 2. Flow Control: Penstock gates, weirs, decanters, flow-control devices, distribution structures, and channel isolation equipment. 3. Clarification and Sludge Collection: Traveling bridge scrapers, center-drive and peripheral-drive clarifiers, circular and rectangular tank scrapers, suction collectors, sludge thickeners, and scum removal systems. 4. High-Rate Clarification and Fine Filtration: Coagulation and flocculation systems, lamella clarifiers, high-efficiency sedimentation units, magnetite-ballasted systems, disc filters, rotary drum filters, and activated sand filters. 5. Sludge Treatment: Belt filter presses, gravity belt thickeners, screw presses, multi-roller presses, electro-osmotic dewatering systems, low-temperature sludge dryers, polymer preparation systems, and sludge-conditioning equipment. 6. Auxiliary and Automation Systems: Belt and screw conveyors, hoppers, silos, chemical dosing and mixing systems, deodorization systems, SCADA, PLC controls, and IoT-based remote monitoring. Manufacturing Scale and Factory Strength SynWin operates three manufacturing bases: One wholly owned facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China, and two joint-venture facilities in Gaomi, Shandong Province, China, and Busan, South Korea. Our manufacturing operations cover approximately 66, 700 m², including more than 50, 000 m² of workshop space. Annual equipment revenue exceeds USD 50 million. SynWin has supplied more than 25, 000 equipment sets to over 1, 500 water and wastewater treatment plants worldwide. Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, laser and plasma cutting, plate rolling and bending, carbon-steel and stainless-steel fabrication using SS 304 and SS 316L, qualified welding, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, anti-corrosion treatment, and factory functional testing. Production is supported by ERP-based management, quality control, document control, inspection procedures, and product traceability. SynWin operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems and provides applicable CE, RoHS, and project-related technical documents. Project Experience and Technical Support SynWin supports the complete equipment lifecycle, from technical consultation, process-based design, equipment selection, fabrication, inspection, and delivery to installation guidance, commissioning, training, documentation, warranty service, and after-sales support. In addition to equipment manufacturing, SynWin has experience in EPC contracting, project construction, and plant operation. We have invested in, constructed, and operated 7 wastewater treatment plants and two solid-waste treatment facilities. We also provide operation services for 6 treatment plants and support more than 200 online monitoring stations.
