Company introduction
Gangzheng Equipment Co., Ltd, a leading industrial scrap metal recycling equipment manufacturer & supplier in Shandong, China, has focused on R&D, production and sales of high-performance shredders and crushers for over 20 years. Since its establishment, we've adhered to the core philosophy "Turning Waste into Value" and positioned ourselves as a one-stop solution provider for global metal recycling businesses, dedicated to helping customers maximize scrap metal's economic value via advanced equipment and professional services. Our product range covers full-line metal processing equipment for diverse recycling needs, including Double Axis Metal Shredders, Metal Briquette Shredders, Steel Bar Shredders, Scrap Metal Hammer Mills, and Ferrous/Non-Ferrous Metal Crushers. Each series targets specific material processing challenges: Double Axis Shredders, equipped with wear-resistant manganese steel blades and ZSY/P series high-torque reducers, operate at 18-35 rpm with 1-60 t/h capacity. They efficiently shred car bodies, paint buckets, color steel tiles and HMS1/HMS2 scrap into uniform particles with low energy consumption. Metal Briquette Shredders specialize in compressed metal blocks, turning steel, aluminum and copper briquettes into high-value recyclables meeting international ZORBA standards-helping customers raise scrap selling prices by 30-50%. Steel Bar Shredders, for rebar, steel beams and scrap iron/steel bars, feature adjustable blade thickness and Siemens PLC systems for stable operation and customizable particle output. At Gangzheng, technological innovation and product quality drive our growth. All equipment is manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards and CE safety certification, complying with global environmental and industrial regulations. We use heavy-duty manganese steel liners and high-strength rotor assemblies to enhance durability. Our R&D team-15+ senior engineers with over 10 years of metal recycling equipment experience-continuously optimizes product performance based on customer feedback and market demands. We offer customized solutions: Screen size adjustment, blade hardness customization and voltage adaptation (220V/380V/440V) to fit regional and operational needs. Focused on global expansion, we've established long-term partnerships with 100+ global metal recycling plants, scrap yards and steel mills-helping clients boost processing efficiency by 40% on average and cut operational costs by 25%. For smooth cooperation, we provide a comprehensive after-sales system: Free on-site installation & commissioning, 1-year warranty for core components, lifetime technical support and regular maintenance training for customer teams. Our professional after-sales engineers are available 24/7 to resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime for clients' production. More than a recycling equipment manufacturer, we're a sustainable development practitioner. We're committed to promoting the metal industry's circular economy-converting low-value scrap into high-quality recyclables to cut pollution and conserve natural resources. Looking ahead, we'll keep investing in technological innovation, expand our product range to cover more waste recycling categories, and strive to be the most trusted partner for global metal recycling businesses, creating greater value for customers and the planet.
