Company introduction
Shandong Frontech Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Was established in 2002. After more than 20 years of rapid development, it has grown into a leading enterprise in China's brake industry. The company has an annual output of 30 million brake discs and 10 million sets of brake pads, with a model coverage rate of 99%, and its products are sold to 150 countries and regions. Frontech is committed to creating reputation through quality and retaining customers through service. Frontech has been deeply involved in the OE market for more than 20 years, providing one-stop solutions for braking systems to customers around the world. Original quality of brake pads: Our brake pad factory has advanced technology and an annual output of 10 million sets. We offer a variety of options including ceramic brake pads, semi-metallic brake pads and low-metallic brake pads. We use approximately 100 different material blend recipes, which are the result of continuous research and testing in the laboratory and in various road conditions. The brake pads are designed with noise reduction and thermal insulation to reduce the amount of heat transferred to the brake calipers. To reduce noise and provide the safest braking experience, we work hard to minimize vibration and noise. Our brake disc factory can provide finishing brake discs, slotted brake discs, semi-painted brake discs, fully painted brake discs, drilled and slotted brake discs and high-end galvanized brake discs, providing you with a variety of options to effectively solve your brake problems. Jitter problem. Through 167 inspection procedures and precise balance testing, the stability of the brake disc is ensured and the problem of brake jitter is solved. Brake discs are 100% performance inspected to meet original factory quality requirements. Ventilated pans are designed with ventilation slots to promote airflow and improve pan cooling and drainage. The braking is sensitive, effectively shortening the braking distance, and significantly improving the braking performance. Our brake discs are made of HT250 gray cast iron material, which can withstand high temperatures up to 360-380° C, with thermal fatigue resistance and high load capacity equivalent to OE original standards. Our brake caliper factory can provide floating calipers: Single piston/double piston, fixed calipers: Two piston/four piston/six piston. Excellent braking performance: It can provide strong braking force and stable braking performance to ensure that the vehicle can stop quickly in emergency situations. Strong durability, good corrosion resistance and long-lasting and stable performance. Good heat dissipation, dispersing heat between brake discs/drums, reducing braking temperature, and enhancing the stability and reliability of braking performance.
