FJ Industries (Ningbo) Machinery Co., Ltd. is a 100% Danish-owned enterprise that has been rooted in China since 2007. FJ Industries is a Danish privately owned company established in 1943. We have manufactured casted and machined metal components since 2006 and powder metal products since 1985. We have customers from all around the world, which all have high requirements for quality, precision and uniformity. We tailor make the solution for each individual project, and due to efficient processes, we can deliver both small and medium size series at competitive prices. Besides our headquarters in Denmark, our organization consists of production units in Sweden and China. Our three manufacturing locations produce components for industrial segments like care, pumps, robots, intelligent buildings and automotive. All three locations are IATF 16949 certified. European quality, Chinese price. One-stop Solution for Metal PartsHelp clients choose cost-effective processes. Production site: China/DenmarkCore Strengths 1. Quality & Cost Full Supply Chain Control: We own and operate a 100% in-house machining facility in Ningbo, collaborating only with audited, trusted suppliers for raw castings. Raw materials undergo strict pre-processing testing, and finished products are re-inspected (via Zeiss Accura 2 CMM, 100% automatic thread checkers, 100% leakage testers, and in-house material lab) before shipment-ensuring consistent European-quality output. Lean Production: Our engineering team co-develops optimal serial production setups, aligning with automotive industry standards (TFC, APQP, PPAP) to balance high process capability and cost efficiency. 2. Comprehensive One-Stop Solution for metal parts Our "one-stop solution" combines six core manufacturing processes with proactive pre-project design optimization for customers, supporting the shortening of the entire component development and production cycle. Sand Casting: Offers both automatic casting lines (for high-volume, consistent production of ductile iron-including SiMo grades-and grey cast iron parts) and manual casting lines (for small-batch, custom-shaped components), ensuring flexibility for different order scales. Precision Casting (Investment/Lost Wax Casting): Specializes in complex, near-net-shape parts with minimal material waste, supporting both ferritic and austenitic stainless steel grades. Forging: Provides forged components for high-strength applications especially for stainless steel material, leveraging trusted local forging partners audited to our European quality standards. Cold Drawing (Stainless Steel): Delivers cold-drawn stainless steel parts (e. g., fuel rail brackets) with tight dimensional tolerance and smooth surface finish, ideal for components requiring high accuracy. CNC Machining: Our Ningbo facility houses 35 CNC 4-axis machining centers, 34 CNC turning machines-handling medium-to-high-volume machining of steel, stainless steel, and cast iron parts to meet tight precision requirements. Powder Metallurgy: Supplies powder metallurgy components (e. g., small, complex structural parts) for weight-sensitive or high-wear applications, complementing our casting and machining capabilities. 3. Reliable Delivery Dual-Location Support: For European customers, finished products are shipped via our Denmark warehouse (ensuring short lead times); Domestic customers benefit from direct Ningbo-based support for fast responsiveness to design changes or new requests. 4. Material Range (per DIN Standards) We produce components for automotive and industrial sectors using: Austenitic stainless steel: 1.4301, 1.4308, 1.4401, 1.4848Ferritic stainless steel: 1.4016, 1.4509, 1.4512, 1.4526Carbon steel: S235JR, S355J2, etc. Alloy steel: 20Mn, 42CrMo, EtcIron: Grey iron, Ductile iron, SiMo grades, ADI. 5.
