Company introduction
Founded in 2013 and located in Jindong District, Jinhua, Zhejiang, our company occupies an area of 10, 053 square meters and is equipped with modern production facilities. We are a comprehensive enterprise that integrates the manufacturing, research and development, and global supply of EVA materials. I. Strong Supply Capability Our factory is scientifically laid out to accommodate heavy equipment such as internal mixers, open mills, calenders, and foaming ovens. Automated systems for batching, internal mixing, extrusion, shaping, cutting, and online inspection enable us to process multiple orders simultaneously, with urgent delivery times reduced to 5-7 business days. Backed by strong financial resources, our annual production capacity reaches several thousand metric tons, reliably serving global customers in the footwear, sports, packaging, and toy industries. A 10, 000-square-meter factory campus and flexible production scheduling ensure on-time delivery during peak seasons and efficient inventory turnover during off-peak periods. II. Core Performance and Applications Our EVA materials feature high flexibility, elasticity across a wide temperature range, excellent weather resistance, closed-cell cushioning and energy absorption, and good processability. They exhibit no permanent deformation after repeated bending and retain their color and strength even under long-term exposure to UV radiation and humid heat. It is widely used in outdoor sports equipment, automotive interiors, precision instrument padding, children's toys, impact-absorbing components, and sports protective gear padding. It can also be laminated with fabrics, metal foils, and other materials, expanding opportunities for secondary processing. III. End-to-End Quality Control We adhere to the principle that "quality stems from management. " All resins, foaming agents, cross-linking agents, and fillers undergo rigorous screening to eliminate recycled materials and substandard additives; Online monitoring prevents cell collapse; And finished products undergo dual inspection-both manual and automated-before shipment. IV. "Tailored Solutions for Each Client" Customization Services: ODM: Leveraging our in-house developed EVA technology, we extend our capabilities to the manufacturing of finished products such as sports protective gear, yoga mats, fitness mats, and water sports equipment, forming a vertical supply chain encompassing formulation → foaming → die-cutting → assembly. Clients need only specify their product requirements to receive end-to-end delivery from materials to finished goods, reducing coordination costs and quality control risks associated with multiple suppliers. OEM: We support contract manufacturing using customer-supplied materials or production according to specified formulations, strictly adhering to client standards and offering the option to sign non-disclosure agreements. We can adjust hardness and density, and perform modifications such as anti-static, flame-retardant, and anti-aging treatments. We also support post-processing such as color customization, thickness adjustments, sizing, custom die-cutting, and lamination. Prototypes are available within 3-5 days on our pilot production line; Mass production begins upon confirmation, with a lead time of ≤15 days for the first order. A dedicated representative provides full-process support for prototyping, mass production, packaging, logistics, and customs clearance. V. Philosophy and Services We offer free pre-sales consultation, production progress updates, and 24-hour after-sales support. For the past 13 years, we have served over a thousand companies worldwide. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage our 10, 000-square-meter smart manufacturing base to collaborate with partners in building a more competitive EVA product ecosystem.
