Company introduction
ENCA (ENVIRONMENT CARE) focuses on new energy commercial vehicle components and is committed to providing environmentally friendly products and solutions. Guided by its core philosophy of "Environmental Responsibility, Independent Innovation, and Win-Win Collaboration, " ENCA supports global customers in building efficient and reliable new energy commercial vehicles, contributing to a cleaner world amid the global wave of automotive electrification. ENCA possesses comprehensive R&D and manufacturing capabilities in new energy commercial vehicle powertrain and thermal management systems. The company designs advanced powertrain systems for vehicles ranging from 6 to 18 meters (buses) and 4 to 45 tons (trucks), integrating electric motors, transmissions, control electronics, and battery thermal management systems as well as hydrogen fuel system components. ENCA has over ten years of experience across different electric vehicle platforms, and thousands of ENCA-equipped electric vehicles are operational in regions including China, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Besides providing new energy powertrain system solutions for new vehicles, ENCA also offers global customers complete solutions and technical expertise for converting conventional internal combustion engine vehicles to electric power. This retrofit offering extends the useful life of existing diesel or petrol light trucks and pickup trucks while eliminating tailpipe emissions and reducing operating costs. ENCA has already conducted conversion testing and trial operations for light trucks and pickup trucks in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Kenya, and Uzbekistan. In each of these markets, ENCA worked closely with local partners and fleet operators to validate performance, reliability, and economic viability under diverse geographical and climatic conditions, earning widespread customer recognition and trust. A key aspect of ENCA's strategy is the introduction of overseas technology and cross-border resource integration. ENCA has established strategic partnerships with globally leading automotive component manufacturers, including Eaton and Webasto, to co-develop next-generation solutions for the new energy commercial vehicle industry. Leveraging these collaborations, ENCA's products and retrofit solutions have been deployed across China, Southeast Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America, and Africa, earning acclaim from OEMs, conversion partners, and fleet operators alike. To further strengthen its global presence, ENCA established the ENCA Power International R&D Center in Toronto, Canada, in 2018, enhancing overseas market development and the recruitment of international talent and technology. Today, ENCA operates two research centers - one in China and one in Canada - combining Asia's manufacturing agility with North America's innovation ecosystem. ENCA is highly responsive to diverse volume requirements, accommodating small, medium, and large production runs across Class 2 to Class 8 vehicles, including vans, trucks, and buses. For retrofit projects, ENCA offers customized engineering support based on extensive experience gained from successful trials in five countries. One of ENCA's core value propositions is cost optimization for global procurement: The company maintains stable, long-term supplier channels and competitive pricing, helping customers reduce procurement costs, shorten development time, and accelerate time-to-market. In everything it does, ENCA remains committed to environmental responsibility, independent innovation, and win-win collaboration. By supporting global customers in building efficient new energy vehicles and electrifying existing diesel fleets, ENCA strives to be a trusted partner in creating a cleaner world.
