Company introduction
Fujian Elestar Motor Co., Ltd is located in the Yanshan Industrial Park, Zherong County, specializing in the manufacturing of water pumps and pump accessories. Established in 2009, the company has grown into a comprehensive enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales. With a focus on high-quality water pumps, motors, and related accessories, the company positions itself in the middle to high-end market, catering to both developed economies in Europe and the Americas as well as emerging economies. The company boasts a modern organizational structure, a top-notch research and development team, and effective management. With nearly two decades of export experience to European and American countries, Elestar adheres to strict industry standards and precision manufacturing principles in crafting each high-quality water pump. As of now, the annual export output has reached around $19 million. The company is committed to the principles of innovation, quality focus, sincere cooperation, and mutual development. It dedicates its efforts to developing safe and efficient pumps and water treatment solutions. Through collaboration with nationwide agents, the FORWATER brand aims to become a respected name in the industry. In March 2019, the factory expanded its facilities to cover an area of 19.52 acres, with construction spanning 14, 500 square meters. This includes new workshops, offices, and dormitories. The factory invested in automated assembly lines, vacuum impregnation lines, and precision machining equipment. The total investment amounted to 51 million RMB, emphasizing environmental protection and energy-saving measures. The factory tour showcases the meticulous process of raw material inspection, where a 20% random check ensures quality adherence. The tour proceeds to the rotor workshop, highlighting the shaft machining and rotor ball assembly processes. The importance of balance testing and slots testing is emphasized to ensure the stability of product quality. A notable addition in the factory is the newly invested electrophoresis machine, which is an advanced anti-rust treatment for pump bodies. This technology, also known as E-coating, addresses rust prevention concerns for cast iron pump bodies, providing a cost-effective solution compared to alternative materials like brass or stainless steel. In conclusion, Fujian Elestar Motor Co., Ltd stands as a 16+ years manufacturer specializing in electric motor water pumps. With a commitment to excellence, quality, and innovation, the factory offers a range of pumps, including OEM centrifugal pumps, circulating pumps, submersible pumps, permanent magnet pumps, intelligent pumps, and deep well pumps.
