Key products include 300, 000-5 million tons/year oxidized pellet sets and 100, 000-500, 000 tons/year activated lime sets; Its self-developed lime twin-shaft kiln boasts 30% higher thermal efficiency, 600-ton daily output and <0.5% failure rate. Products are sold in 30 Chinese provinces and 15 overseas countries, serving over 200 customers. With over 300 mu of factory area (90, 000square meters workshops), advanced equipment (e. g., φ16m gear hobbing machine, 360-ton lifting capacity) and 70, 000-ton annual processing capacity, MER GROUP owns mining resources and processing bases to ensure industrial chain stability. Its R&D team, with 30% senior engineers, invests 8% of annual revenue in R&D, holds 32 patents and cooperates with international enterprises like Italy Qualical, with core products recognized as Hebei Provincial Key Technical Equipment in 2023. Certified by ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, MER GROUP has Grade B building materials design qualification and a full-process service system (72-hour response, 24-hour on-site service). Its ductile iron pipes meet ISO2531/EN545 standards, supported by professional foreign trade and transportation teams.
