Company introduction
Doowin Marine is a professional manufacturer of marine rubber ship launching airbags, floating pneumatic rubber fenders, foam filled fenders, offshore foam buoys, and inflatable pipe plugs. Doowin Marine is the leading manufacturer for ISO14409: 2011 or CB/T 3795 rubber airbags/marine inflatable airbags. Ship launching airbags are known as roller bags, launching air balloons, inflatable marine airbags, air lift bags, and salvage bags. Ship launching airbags are specialized marine rubber airbags that are used for launching marine vessels. Ship landing or haul-outs. Marine rubber airbags are also widely used in loading, floating, lifting, and moving sunken ships, and salvaging stranded boats. Rubber airbags are made of heavy-duty synthetic-tire-cord layers with inner and out rubber layers in a long cylindrical balloon shape. Our floating fenders include pneumatic rubber fenders and foam-filled fenders. We supply wrapped pneumatic fenders and molded Yokohama-type pneumatic rubber fenders. Floating rubber fenders can float on the water and work as a shock absorbed between two ships (ship-to-ship), or between ships and berthing structures when they come alongside each other on the water. All Doowin Marine Yokohama type floating pneumatic rubber fenders are manufactured and tested fully compliant with ISO 17357 The inflatable pipe plugs are widely applicable to all kinds of pipeline closed water tests, municipal pipeline maintenance, plugging, dredging, dredging, water blocking, leaking, drainage pipeline maintenance, sewage industry treatment, fire emergency repair, and plugging construction, etc. The new type of blocking inflatable pipe stopper has the advantages of soft and tough texture, strong pressure resistance, good air tightness, anti-cracking, abrasion resistance, explosion-proof, convenient and quick operation, fast blocking speed, and can be used repeatedly. Offshore buoyancy buoys generally consist of a closed-cell foam core encapsulated with tough, resistant polyurethane outer skin, combined with high-quality steelwork. We can make subsurface mooring buoys, cable floats, pipeline floaters, ROV buoyancy modules, special shape buoys, and other syntactic foam products. The out skin can be made by polyethylene shell and polyurethane elastomer. We also produce the various subsea buoyancy material used for the surface to sub-sea 7000m. The subsea solid buoyancy material (syntactic foam) is a solid compound obtained by filling an organic polymer material with an inorganic light-weight filler material through a physical and chemical reaction. The deep-sea buoyancy material is a low-density, high-strength porous structure material. It is a counterweight material for underwater operation equipment. The subsea buoyancy module is a polymer-based solid material with low density, high strength, and low water absorption. It has the characteristics of low density (0.35~0.7g/cm3), low water absorption ( ≤2%), high mechanical strength (compressive strength 1~100MPa), corrosion resistance, and secondary mechanical processing. Our engineers and consultants have been in fabrication and use these products for more than 30 years. Doowin Marine has clients in shipbuilding, marine rescue and salvage, energy and oil, offshore shipping, and other industries all over the world. Doowin Marine products passed rigorous ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System, approved by the third party SGS, BV, CCS, ABS, LR, BV. We are proud to provide the highest quality products, together with expert service and timely customer support. Let's help you successfully complete your project - on budget and on time.
