Jining Denaichi New Energy Co., Ltd. Locates in Wenshang Chemical Park, Jining City, Shandong Province. We are an integrated leading lubricant manufacturer covering lubricant R&D, production, technical service and global sales. Founded in 2016, our factory covers over 100 mu with more than 100 staff. The completed Phase I project includes one intelligent blending & filling workshop and two automated vertical packaging warehouses, with total construction area of 21, 000 square meters, including 10, 000 square meters production area, 8, 000 square meters storage area and 5, 000 square meters office space. With years of professional experience in lubricant manufacturing, we own robust storage capacity: 15, 000 tons for base oil, 2, 000 tons for additives and 10, 000 tons for finished lubricants, supporting an annual output of over 100, 000 tons of lubricants and industrial fluids. We have obtained a full range of authoritative certifications: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, HSE and Military Products Quality System. All our lubricants are certified by API (American Petroleum Institute). Our blending workshop adopts world-class full-automatic DCS intelligent control system. Automatic high-precision valves and real-time data sensors realize unmanned, precise blending with full digital monitoring of the whole production flow. The one-time pass rate of blending reaches over 95%, ensuring stable product quality while realizing energy saving and low-carbon production. We are equipped with over 20 automatic filling lines, supporting flexible filling of 1L, 2L, 4L, 16L, 18L, 200L and 1000L drums and IBC tanks. We can handle mass bulk orders as well as customized lubricant formulas, fully practicing customer-oriented service standards. We invested over 10 million RMB to build a professional lubricant R&D center equipped with more than 100 sets of advanced testing equipment, covering 8 core product lines: Engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, gear oil, industrial lubricant, ATF, metalworking fluid and antifreeze. Our technical team has over 10 professional engineers, holding more than 20 invention patents, many of which won municipal, provincial and national innovation awards, forming solid technical advantages. We own two independent brands: Dayu and Weinaili. Our product portfolio contains 7 major series with more than 1, 000 specifications, including construction machinery lubricants, commercial vehicle diesel oil, gasoline engine oil, industrial lubricants, specialty oils, cutting fluids and antifreeze coolants. Upholding the tenet "Develop by Technology, Survive by Quality", we maintain long-term global strategic cooperation with top raw material suppliers: Afton, Infineum, S-Oil and Taiwan China Shell. Domestically, we cooperate closely with Sinopec, PetroChina, XCMG, Shaanxi Automobile, North Benz Heavy Truck, Yankuang Group and other large industrial groups. We provide customized lubrication solutions to help clients reduce operating costs and improve overall efficiency. We stepped into overseas markets in 2020. Up to now, our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions. We have set up four overseas stocking warehouses in Russia, South Africa, Kazakhstan and Singapore to shorten delivery cycles for global buyers. Our Phase II expansion project is under steady preparation to lift production capacity further. Looking forward, Denaichi sticks to the core mission "Quality First, Lubricate the World".
