Delmar Bearing Co., Ltd is a high-technology enterprise specialize in manufacturing high precision, low noise, and long life deep groove ball bearings. At the beginning of the company founding, we are in line with down-to-earth, honest, trustworthy, pragmatic and innovative business philosophy, in line with customer satisfaction is the guide to enterprise action, Delmar adopted leading technology to improve and ensure quality, The company engaged in bearing manufacturing and research for more than 30 years, has always been "high starting point investment, high-level talent, high-grade products" for the purpose of development. Continuously introducing domestic and abroad advanced production technology, technology and equipment, we hired the R & D team headed by Mr. Kajiwara Kiyoji, the former Japanese NSK researcher, and development expert. For the development of enterprises has injected strong technical strength. The whole bearing production process control, the formulation and implementation of the process flow, the establishment and improvement of the overall quality system, the overall layout of the company's workshop and the placement of machine tools and wiring and equipment, the company's workshop staffing and management are all using the Japanese NSK management system, truly achieve the win-win situation on quality and capacity. As we know bearing manufacturing process equipment precision and processing technology is particularly important, Under the professional guidance of NSK bearing expert team, our company radically improve our internal manufacturing equipment and processing technology; We had invested more than 100 million Yuan on importing the Japanese fully automatic double ended surface grinder and center less universal grinder machine, It is used to ensure machining accuracy of two datum planes in bearing manufacturing process. Our company adopt the world's leading processing technology, from the raw material to finished goods use automatically production line, especially the line from grinding to Rustproof packaging, is the most advanced automatically bearing production line, include ring feed, outer ring raceway grinding, inner ring raceway grinding, internal diameter super finishing, Ring demagnetization cleaning, outer and inner ring size checking, clearance setting, grease filling, bearings vibration checking, rustproof oil packing. This automatically production line can assure each bearing totally same on Machining datum plane, to assure the stable quality and achieve our precision reach to P5 and P4. The bearings produced by us have been tracked from the raw material to the finished product. Raw material we choose High purity bearing steel from Xingcheng special steel and Daye special steel. This kind of steel especially in the material oxygen content, and harmful substances sulfur, phosphorus, copper content is far lower than the domestic standards of similar products, to meet the standards of similar products abroad. Adopting German bearing outer ring manufacturing technology, cryogenic treatment is carried out after high-temperature heat treatment. It freezes the ring rapidly to 80-90 degrees below zero by liquid nitrogen, and transforms the retained austenite into retained martensite by physical reaction in a certain period of time, and eliminates the retained austenite and martensite as far as possible. The number of cyclic stresses endured by the bearing is increased from 18× 106 to 120× 106. In the test of mechanical industry bearing product quality testing center, our bearings long life is 10 times of the rated life (domestic similar products are generally 3 times of the rated life), and our quality level is in the leading position in China.
