All CHUANGJIA high speed machines use laminated beam downside(patent product), which adopts bridge structure of Japan machines and frame structure of domestic machines, while running high speed no vibration, no out of shape, and more stable. 2. Our aluminum pantograph adopts self-designed high-tech oxidized materials with hardness over 15° , and resistant to distortion and deformation. 3. Chuangjia's automatic oil mist lubrication system fully oils the core parts of the rotary hook and rotary hook shaft in the form of oil mist, automatically cleans the rotary hook bladder, and cools the components. At the same time, it also has the function of scissors blowing and dust removal, which effectively avoids dust gathering during embroidery. The automatic oil mist system is an international initiative and has become a "synonym" of Chuangjia. At present, the system has been imitated widely by the industry. You must beware of inferior imitations. 4. The head and needle bar are all oiled with cotton thread micro-oil designed by ourselves. The design concept comes from the oil absorption principle of traditional kerosene lamps, and oil output can be adjusted by screws in cotton thread. This technology is coping by our competitors too at the present. 5. LED color change display: Needle position show more intuitive and can prevent dusty entering and extend life of inside parts. 6.
