We boast multiple industrial bases in Nanjing and Jurong, with a modern factory building of about 40, 000 square meters. It is the largest transformer R&D and production base in China. In the decades of development, CEEG has built a solid strategic cooperative relationship with DuPont, and we are one of the world's largest transformer manufacturers using DuPont Nomex paper as insulation material. The annual capacity of transformers is 10 million kVA and continues to grow at an annual rate of 20%., Aligning the core designing value of innovation, we keep our paces with the times and complete our quality assurance system. CEEG's workshop adopts a full set of international advanced-level automatic core shearing lines, high and low-voltage coil winding machines, foil winding machines, vacuum casting, vacuum impregnation, curing furnace, Large-scale CNC turning and milling, automatic detection and other first-class transformer production and inspection equipment, the transformer products produced have a small size, lightweight, low loss, energy saving and environmental protection, good heat dissipation performance, high electrical strength, safety, and environmental protection, maintenance-free, reliable explosion-proof performance, and other outstanding features, the technical indicators have reached the international leading level., In recent years, our technical team has continued to explore and innovate boldly, and has successfully developed nearly a hundred products including evaporative transformers, load centers, 35kV amorphous dry transformers, nuclear power transformers, slow harmonic transformers, high-temperature transformers; There are also outstanding players in market segments: Traction transformers, variable current explosion-proof transformers, multiple Pulse wave phase shifting, wind power conversion, photovoltaic conversion, three-phase three-column amorphous conversion, intermediate test conversion, data center supercomputing mobile equipment, etc. Among them, the star products of the company are the green and energy-saving "amorphous alloy dry-type transformer", the technology-leading "epoxy cast dry-type transformer", and the safe and reliable "flameproof dry-type transformer for mine use and mobile substation". The technology applied to the production has won more than 70 patent technology qualification honors., Based on the development of the transformer industry for more than 30 years, CEEG is a national contract-abiding and trustworthy enterprise. Passed IS019001, ISO14001, 1SO45001, PCCC, and 3C certification, can carry out customized product design according to the special needs of different projects and different environments, develop high-quality products that are safe, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and efficient, and have emerging technologies in aerospace, railway transportation, data centers, petroleum and petrochemical, biomedicine, and information intelligence. The development industries all have the safety operation performance of national-level project engineering and quickly win the trust of users with the advantages of marketing scale, product quality, and high-quality service., More, , Less,
