Company introduction
The company produces and exports various fluid sealing products and materials. Main business: PTFE products (processed parts), packing materials, sealing gaskets, anti-corrosion steel-lined pipe fittings and tanks (plastic-lined), etc. The products are applied in industries such as petrochemical, oil refining, power, shipbuilding, semiconductors, new energy, nuclear power, and military. Meanwhile, the products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, South Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asian countries and regions. Polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as plastic king) has excellent comprehensive properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high insulation, high lubrication, non-adhesion, etc., and is widely used in aviation, chemical, electronics, machinery and other industries. The white and black combined seal ring is used for ISO-TANK (international standard container, referred to as tank box, mainly used for the transportation of dangerous chemicals) tank mouth seal. The sealing ring used in the tank is divided into ordinary sealing ring and super sealing ring, commonly known as white and black (that is, white and black combined sealing ring). Domestic and foreign fluorine-coated D-type sealing rings are joint products, and the tetrafluoroethylene joint part is damaged by the sodium layer during high-temperature melting, which directly affects the adhesion between the tetrafluoroethylene film and the rubber body. In addition, the parting surface of the product mold is on both sides of the sealing ring, so the inner ring of the product inevitably appears the parting surface flash, which not only affects the appearance of the product. Mperature resistant silicone rubber O-ring and low pressure variable fluorine rubber O-ring is determined. Inorganic fillers were used to fill and blend modified fluorine plastics, and the types and dosage of fillers were studied. Independently developed mold structure, under the condition of precise positioning of rubber O-ring, injection modified fluorine plastic method to achieve a molding, full coating process. Main technical indicators: According to JB/T 10706-2007, fluorine plastic fully coated silicone rubber O-ring: Tensile strength ≥ 13MPa; Hardness ≤ 95Shore A; Hot air compression permanent deformation (100º C× 70h× 15%) ≤ 25%; Compressive resilience (room temperature × 24h× 15%) ≥ 89%; Operating temperature -60-220º C; It can be soaked in water at 100º C for 10 minutes without bubble overflow. ETFE fully coated fluororubber O-ring: Tensile strength ≥ 13MPa; Hardness ≤ 95Shore A; Hot air compres- sion permanent deformation (100º C× 70h× 15%) ≤ 23%; Compressive resilience (room temperature × 24h× 15%) ≥ 87%; Operating temperature -20-220º C; It can be soaked in water at 100º C for 10 minutes without bubble overflow. ETFE has good formability, balanced physical properties, good mechanical toughness, and excellent ray resistance. The material has the corrosion resistanceof PTFE, overcoming the non-stick and sexual defects of PTFE on metals, and its average linear expansion coefficient is close to the linear expansion coefficient of carbon steel, making ETFE (F-40) an ideal composite material for metals.
