Company introduction
Shandong Boli Bearing Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhejiang Guoye Bearing Co., Ltd. ) was established in July 2004 with a registered capital of 30.1 million yuan. As a provincial-level innovative enterprise, it operates a workshop facility spanning over 7, 000 square meters. The company is a comprehensive, digitalized, and modern factory specializing in the integrated production, design, and R&D of bearings. Its main products include high-end spherical roller bearings (CA, CC, MB, MA types, E-type, E1-type, EAE4-type). The company is a self-produced and self-sold modern production enterprise with a full range of standard bearings, achieving P0, P6, and above P5 grades. It has become one of the leading enterprises in China's spherical roller bearing segment. The products are made from high-quality domestic steel materials, utilizing oxidation-free annealing and bainite quenching processes. They are suitable for specialized applications in mining machinery, fans, coal mining machinery, steel machinery, textile machinery, hoisting machinery, speed reducers, water pumps, cement, agricultural machinery, elevators, and more. The company employs German manufacturing techniques, and all products are accompanied by available technical drawings. Key advantages include high precision, high speed, low noise, heavy load capacity, low temperature rise, and long service life. The company's service philosophy is: "Boli Bearings-a high-end brand you'll recognize for its quality upon first use. Every bearing you purchase represents trust in Boli. We prioritize quality as our lifeline, center on customer needs, and deliver efficiency, quality, and integrity to provide double the expected quality. " Currently, the company owns over 60 high-precision CNC grinding machines, ensuring bearing accuracy and efficiency. It employs more than 50 staff, including 4 university graduates and 30 production personnel, and has established an industry-academia-research collaboration with domestic higher education institutions to cultivate talent. The company maintains a finished goods inventory worth over 20 million yuan and semi-finished goods worth over 5 million yuan. Its integrated warehousing and production system ensures product consistency and rapid delivery, achieving a 100% on-time order fulfillment rate to better serve customers with superior products and higher delivery efficiency. The company's development goals include providing comprehensive technical support, after-sales service, and application solutions. Every bearing undergoes 100% inspection to ensure full compliance before leaving the factory. The metrology lab, with a total investment of 1.7 million yuan, employs coordinate measuring machines, roughness profilers, vibration testers, and fatigue life testers. By building a lightweight digital factory with an MES system, the company creates a digital, intelligent, and standardized smart factory that effectively manages all resources, including materials, equipment, personnel, suppliers, workflow instructions, sales orders, production plans, quality control, document circulation, production scheduling, and execution. This enables full lifecycle quality traceability and control, steadily improving product quality, precision, and stability while enhancing energy efficiency and establishing a high-end, globally competitive brand. Core values: Sustainable development, healthier, and longer-lasting. The company has passed ISO 9001: 2014 quality management system certification, AAA credit certification, and is recognized as a carbon neutrality demonstration unit. It collaborates with 400 domestic distributors, 10 provincial agents, and 20 industry partners, including two listed companies, while maintaining long-term partnerships with 18 import-export firms. Overseas clients from Australia, Russia, Pakistan, South Africa, Canada, and other countries consistently provide positive feedback.
