Company introduction
# Xuzhou Baode Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. Based in Xuzhou, China's "Base of Construction Machinery, " Xuzhou Baode Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. Specializes in **R&D, production, marketing, and after-sales service** of engineering machinery, core transmission components, and complete machines. Founded in 2017, we follow the concept of "quality as the cornerstone, innovation as the driving force, and customer satisfaction as the goal, " and have grown into an industry-trusted partner through technical accumulation and market validation. Our core strength is a **professional manufacturing team** covering the full product chain: 3 senior mechanical engineers (over 15 years in transmission systems, with experience optimizing components for leading brands), 2 nationally certified senior technicians (specializing in precision processing and assembly), and 19 skilled employees for complete machines (all rigorously trained). Our complete machine line focuses on **0.8-3.5 ton self-operated micro excavators and 500-1200 kg rated load skid steer loaders**-designed for small construction, agriculture, municipal maintenance, and indoor logistics. Each is equipped with a self-developed transmission system, featuring low energy consumption, low noise (≤75dB), and strong load-bearing capacity. We maintain long-term strategic cooperation with **XCMG Construction Machinery, XCMG Environment, and XCMG Fire Protection** (subsidiaries of global top 5 XCMG Group), supplying key transmission components (gearboxes, drive shafts, hydraulic pumps) for their excavators, loaders, and fire-fighting vehicles. With a "one-to-one" technical docking mechanism with XCMG's R&D team and strict adherence to XCMG's QMS, our parts qualification rate has remained at **99.8%** for 8 years, and we won XCMG's "Excellent Supplier" title for 3 consecutive years (2022-2024). To meet international standards, we obtained **ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certification** (covering raw material procurement to delivery, with suppliers inspected by SGS/BV) and **EU CE Certification** (complying with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) in 2025. Our products are now exported to over 15 countries/regions in Europe and America, including Germany, France, Italy, the U. S., and Canada. In Europe, our micro excavators are favored for compact size (suitable for narrow old urban sites), energy-saving (EU Stage V engines), and easy maintenance; In the U. S., our skid steer loaders stand out for adaptability (compatible with 20+ attachments) and competitive pricing. We have authorized service centers in Berlin (Germany) and Chicago (U. S. ) to provide 48-hour support. In 2024, export sales reached 23 million yuan (35% of total), and we secured long-term orders like a 3-year agreement with a German distributor (500 micro excavators annually, 2025). "Craftsmanship for quality, customization for demand" is our mission. We offer customized services: 1. Clarify customer needs via in-depth communication; 2. Develop plans and provide 3D drawings for confirmation; 3. Produce prototypes and conduct tests; 4. Batch produce and offer training. To date, we've completed over 80 customized projects with 100% satisfaction. Looking forward, we will invest 15% of annual sales in R&D over 3 years (to develop intelligent transmission systems and electric machinery), expand the international market, and strive to become a world-class supplier of engineering machinery and transmission components.
