What's ..., Baihuiming (New Way Furniture) is a 15-year-old factory making over 5000 patterns of PE rattan, also called synthetic rattan. In addition, product scope also covers plastic feet caps and resin wood, which is our secondary product range. All above products can be used in furniture. Our showroom in factory is located in Beijiao City, a recognized center renowned for outdoor furniture making. What's more, we have an around-the-clock online showroom, the biggest and reputable B2B Internet website. In both showrooms, only the best currently-fashionable pieces of art are displayed., We export globally, with high quality and long lasting all-weather wickers for outdoor use (outdoor furniture) and indoor use (interior walling). We use 100% HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), which means our products are non-toxic, recyclable and ecologically sound (ozone-friendly and burn as cleanly as candle wax). They have been recommended by lots of customers. They do not contain any plasticizer like PVC. The durability is evidenced by their weather resistance and, in particular, the highly tested ability to withstand UV ray. No toxic chemicals are needed to maintain the products - they clean easily with mild soap and water and are pest and fungus-free. "Sometimes we mix in up to five colors", our designer explains, "so that we get exactly the effect we want -- maybe the silver glisten of old teakwood, or the bright green of a palm leaf, or oscillating metal effects. ", From the cauldron, a beater presses the gum-like compound through a small slot, from which it is expertly extruded to emulate the look of natural wicker, rattan or cane. A vast array of dye extrusion techniques ensures unparalleled color and surface effects. As it leaves the extruder, this seemingly endless band of fiber is immersed in a cooling water bath, then blow-dried and, via conveyor belt, transported to the next station, where it is wound to a massive spool. The only human intervention comes when the spool reaches the capacity of 47kg, the machine stops automatically, and a technician must cut the band and attach it to a fresh spool., With the use of the latest extrusion technology, our company requires a highly trained labor force. We consider the training of the staff of strategic importance. All kinds of training courses especially technical courses are provided on a regular basis., With intensive quality control, Baihuiming meets ISO9001: 2000 system standard. We apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) into all stages, ranging from IQC (Incoming QC), IPQC (In-Process QC), FQC (Final QC) and OQC (Outgoing QC). Each Quality Check is properly filed for easy reference and tracking., We can fulfill various designs and patterns, not only on surface look/color but also on shape and texture. The overall texture gives a classy, natural and modern look. All of them are credited to suit the discriminative style and taste of European/western markets. We have ongoing HDPE materials in stock to ensure the shortest production lead time, and meet tight deadline and ship quickly with uncompromising quality assurance. Baihuiming also maintains a sufficient stock of core range rattan for immediate delivery., We attach sufficient importance to fire prevention. All our production and warehousing areas are fully equipped with anti-fire devices. We also have best practice of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) to minimize incidents and accidents. We keep a close eye on our product's environmental impact (non-toxic and 100% recyclable), and diligently foster a caring and safe work environment for our workers on three shifts., With proven expertise and decades of hands-on experience in the PE extrusion and outdoor furniture industry, we have a thorough understanding of both global market demands and customer needs and will ensure our customers' products are in conformance with local and international standards., More, , Less,
