Company Overview With roots in the electric heating element industry dating back to 1995, Shenzhen Angel Electric Heater Co., Ltd. Was officially incorporated in 1998. Headquartered in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, we occupy a 30, 000 square meters industrial park at No. 8 Minying Road, Shuitian Third Industrial Zone, Shiyan District. Our team of over 300 employees generates annual sales of RMB 200 million, with a daily production capacity of up to 80, 000 units. As a National High Tech Enterprise, we manage the entire value chain in house, from design and manufacturing to sales and after sales support. Long term partnerships with Midea, PHILIPS, SEB, SUPOR, BIYI, and OPPEIN, along with multiple "Excellent Supplier" awards, reflect the confidence these leading brands have in our quality and reliability. Our Story Our journey began in 1998 with water immersed and oil immersed heating elements for water dispensers and deep fryers, segments where we quickly captured a leading market share. Building on that foundation, we expanded into dry burning elements for ovens, air fryers, toasters, and griddles, ultimately covering all three major heating categories. Today, our products also serve emerging applications such as 3D printing equipment, where precise and reliable heating is essential. Over the years, we have made substantial investments in intelligent manufacturing and lean production, transitioning from a labor driven operation to a technology driven one. Our products now reach customers across Europe, the Americas, and other global markets. Product Categories • Water Immersed Heating Elements: For water dispensers, electric kettles, water heaters, and similar liquid heating applications. • Dry Burning Heating Elements: For air based heating in ovens, microwave ovens, air fryers, toasters, and electric griddles. • Oil Immersed Heating Elements: For deep fryers and commercial frying equipment. Why Choose Angel Our competitive edge comes from the use of high grade stainless steels (SUS304, SUS321, SUS316L, SUS310S) and nickel alloys (Incoloy 840, Incoloy 800), materials specifically chosen for demanding conditions involving thermal cycling, high temperatures, humidity, and frequent cleaning. This allows us to achieve high power density without compromising service life. Every production stage, from wire winding to final sealing, is tightly controlled. We match voltage, power, thickness, and shape to your application, selecting the right material to deliver dependable heat exactly where you need it. Our designs ensure rapid, even heating and reliable thermal cycling, while robust construction and premium materials guarantee extended service life, even under continuous operation in commercial and industrial settings. Certifications & Compliance Our products are ISO 9001 certified and CQC approved. Upon request, we can arrange custom certification to meet specific market requirements. Our status as a National High Tech Enterprise, combined with longstanding partnerships with global brands, underscores our commitment to quality. Our Partners We are proud to be a core supplier to Midea, PHILIPS, SEB, SUPOR, BIYI, and OPPEIN. Recognition as a strategic partner and "Excellent Supplier" by these leading brands is a testament to the market's trust in our product quality, manufacturing capabilities, and consistent delivery.
