Low impurity, high toughness & impact resistance, suitable for high power & modified emotorcycles. Quenched tempered overall HB220 to 250. High frequency induction hardening on bearing seats HRC55 to 60. Tough core , wear resistant surface, greatly reduces journal abrasion. One piece integrated flange ,no welding. Eliminates flange separation. Built in axial stop, less end play, low vibration quiet at high RPM. Black oxide finish for rust resistance. Works well in humid, coastal and tropical climates.
