Mozambique Bast Fiber Spinning Project Sisal/Banana/Abaca/Pineapple Leaf Fully Automatic Processing First Choice for Industrial Upgrading Line

Mozambique Bast Fiber Spinning Project Sisal/Banana/Abaca/Pineapple Leaf Fully Automatic Processing First Choice for Industrial Upgrading Line. Our fully automatic fiber extraction production line is engineered to efficiently separate high-quality natural fibers from a wide range of plant raw materials, sisal, pineapple, banana, kenaf, ramie, jute. Machine Type:Double-roller automatic decortication, ensuring stable and efficient fiber stripping. Leaf Conveying:Dial disc conveying + swing arrangement, enabling smooth and automatic material feeding. Decortication Method:High-speed rotating knife balls combined with fixed knives break down pulp, stripping the base first then the tip for maximum fiber yield. Blade Design:Curved straight-edge blades for durable and efficient cutting, reducing wear and tear. Material Holding:Upper and lower chains for leaf support, paired with PU belts for reliable fiber clamping. Control System:Variable frequency control (VFD) for energy efficiency and flexible operation. Integrated Process:Our lines integrate fiber arranging, extraction, dewatering, and polishing into one continuous system, minimizing manual labor and intermediate steps. Durable Components:Core wear parts are made of high-strength materials, ensuring long service life and low maintenance costs. Easy Operation:Only 2 operators are required for daily maintenance and operation, significantly reducing labor costs.
