Large Capacity Intelligent Dosing System for Refinery Refractory Wastewater Treatment

Large Capacity Intelligent Dosing System for Refinery Refractory Wastewater Treatment. Three functional chambers are integrated into one compact unit for continuous polymer preparation with synchronized feeding and discharge. Dry powder feeding and dilution water intake are precisely synchronized while inlet water, dilution water, and dosing pump flows remain independently adjustable to suit changing operating conditions. A high-accuracy metering feeder with a purpose-designed pre-wetting unit and constant-temperature heating prevents lumping and "fish-eye" formation for consistent solution concentration. A purpose-designed impeller operating at an optimized speed achieves full homogenization without excessive shear, preserving polymer molecular chain integrity and reagent activity.
