Rbc Easy Maintenance Wide-Adaptable Rotating Biological Contactor for Mining Effluents

Rbc Easy Maintenance Wide-Adaptable Rotating Biological Contactor for Mining Effluents. Energy-saving operation: No aeration blowers or sludge reflux pumps required. Only a low-speed motor drives the rotating discs for oxygen supply, cutting power consumption. Low noise: Low installed power; noise is minimal with a sealed cover, ideal for noise-sensitive areas such as residential communities and scenic spots. High treatment efficiency: The discs feature a large specific surface area, with biomass 5 to 10 times that of conventional aeration tanks, achieving a stable BOD removal rate of 85%-95%. Low sludge yield: A complete food chain forms within the biofilm. Sludge output is only 1/2 to 1/3 of that of the activated sludge process, producing around 0.25 kg sludge per kg of BOD removed and lo. Long service life: Simple structure consisting only of rotating shafts, motors and discs with few fault points. Designed for a 30-year lifespan with infrequent filler replacement. Easy maintenance: Fully automatic operation; only regular simple inspection and floating sludge cleaning are needed to save labor costs. Compact footprint: Modular design supports series or parallel assembly, occupying just one-third of the land area required by constructed wetlands.
