SAE J1401 1/8" 3.2X10.5mm Rubber Hydraulic Auto Brake Hose Clutch Tube Brake Tube

SAE J1401 1/8" 3.2X10.5mm Rubber Hydraulic Auto Brake Hose Clutch Tube Brake Tube. SAE J1401 is an industry standard specifying performance, testing, and material requirements for hydraulic brake hose assemblies used in road vehicles. Performance Requirements: Hoses must pass tests for expansion control, tensile strength, burst pressure, ozone resistance, and chemical compatibility. Pressure Testing: Assemblies must undergo a minimum MPa ( psi) pressure test, often up to MPa ( psi), depending on the medium used. Construction: Typically constructed with an EPDM inner tube, reinforced with synthetic textile braids, and an outer protective cover. Compliance: Frequently used alongside FMVSS 106 (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard) to ensure safety and quality. Application: Applicable to brake systems using SAE J1703/J1705 non-petroleum-based fluids. DOT3, DOT4, DOT4+. Long length of rubber brake hose can be reached 50m, 100m, 200m .etc without any joint; and our hose is durable, soft and will last for a long time without having to be replaced. Hydraulic brake hose SAE J1401 is designed for pressure transmission for auto, truck and trailer hydraulic pressure brake systems. The hose adopts a high-strength multi-layer structure with high tensile strength. The hose has good flexibility, ozone resistance and burst resistance. The braking effect is stable and reliable. Auto rubber brake hose commonly known as automotive brake hose, is the important parts used in the automobile braking system. Its main function is to transfer the braking medium.
