Precision Servo Motor Large Taper Wire Cutting EDM Machine

Precision Servo Motor Large Taper Wire Cutting EDM Machine. Large-Taper Machining Capacity: Patented vertical high-rigidity taper head supports max +/-30 degree taper under 50mm workpiece thickness for complex angled contour machining. Smart Servo Wire Tightening: Automatic constant wire tension keeps optimal tension all through cutting to secure high taper precision and superior surface finish. Stable UV Axis Motion: Imported linear guides with silent transmission deliver low noise and steady axis movement. Anti-Wire Stripping Guide Assembly: Integrated guide wheel structure avoids wire breakage & stripping to raise machine uptime. Heavy-Duty High-Rigidity Frame: Reinforced casting bed holds max 7500kg workpieces with consistent +/-0.004mm machining accuracy.
