2K Automotive ECU Module Silicone Potting Adhesive IGBT Semi-Conductor Encapsulation Compound

2K Automotive ECU Module Silicone Potting Adhesive IGBT Semi-Conductor Encapsulation Compound. It is a transparent two-component self-healing silicone gel, which is formed into a special soft material with buffer and automatic recovery after curing. It is used to isolate moisture and other harmful pollutants from contacting the circuit board and provide an insulator for high voltage. Another use is to provide stress relief to protect circuits and components from high temperatures and mechanical stresses. 1: 1 processing, strong adhesion, self repair High elongation; Excellent flexibility, eliminating mechanical stress Extremely low oil permeability and excellent poisoning resistance after curing. Excellent high temperature electrical insulation, providing protection for high voltage Excellent aging resistance and weather resistance. Excellent waterproof, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof and chemical resistant properties Can be used for semiconductor modules, connectors, sensors, etc. Typical Application:Power semiconductor IGBT; The weighing sensor ;Encapsulation and protection of IC chips such as automobile ECU integrated module; Sealing of waterproof connectors.
