Low Pressure Aluminum Casting Form Battery Pack Upper and Lower Tray Custom Die Castings

Low Pressure Aluminum Casting Form Battery Pack Upper and Lower Tray Custom Die Castings. Internal dense structure with few pores & shrinkage defects, support T6 heat treatment, better mechanical performance than gravity casting. Excellent air & water tightness, no leakage under high pressure, suitable for cooling cavities, hydraulic valves, battery sealed housings. Smooth aluminum filling without turbulence, less oxide inclusions, smooth raw surface, stable effect for anodizing and powder coating. High dimensional precision, small machining allowance, greatly save CNC processing time and secondary cost. High strength & light weight, thinner wall under equal strength, meet lightweight demand of new energy vehicles and machinery. Form complex hollow, built-in oil/water channels with sand core, integrated structure to cut assembly procedures. Material utilization over 90%, less gating waste, low scrap rate, more cost-effective for mass orders. Directional pressurized solidification process, outstanding tensile and fatigue resistance, longer service life under continuous pressure. One-stop full-process service including mold making, casting, CNC machining, heat treatment and surface finishing. Support small batch sampling and stable mass supply, custom aluminum castings for new energy, construction machinery as required.
