Simple 3-Wire SPI Control: standard synchronous serial interface (<=2 MHz, 16-bit frequency code) for straightforward frequency programming. Flexible Reference & Lock Detect: accepts external 100 MHz reference (0-5 dBm) and provides a digital lock-detect (LD) pin for reliable, stable operation across -40 to +70 C.
