High speed Wire Tension Control Cutting EDM Machine

High speed Wire Tension Control Cutting EDM Machine. Smart Automatic Wire Tensioning: Servo-controlled dynamic tension system adjusts molybdenum wire tightness in real time, eliminating manual intervention. Consistent Forward/Reverse Tension: Maintains uniform tension in both directions, reducing commutation streaks and improving cutting accuracy. Stable Wire Tension System: Variable-frequency adjustable wire running speed from 1-15 m/s ensures consistent wire tension and stable cutting performance. High-Speed Cutting: Max cutting speed of >=240 mm2/min, balancing productivity with precision. Reliable Repeatability: X/Y-axis repeated positioning accuracy of 0.003mm ensures stable results across long production runs.
