6-18GHz Broadband Solid State Power Amplifier with 50W Output

6-18GHz Broadband Solid State Power Amplifier with 50W Output. Consistent High Power across 6-18GHz: typical 50W saturated output power from a compact 165x95x25 module, built on GaN technology for an excellent power-to-size ratio. 47dB Power Gain at +-1dB Flatness: the amplifier delivers 47dB gain with +-1dB in-band flatness, keeping the amplitude response predictable across the band. Built-in Protection and Control: on-board control and protection circuits plus thermal shutdown at keep the module safe during forced-air operation. Clean Output Spectrum: -12dBc harmonic and -60dBc spurious suppression safeguard sensitive receivers in the same system.
