IP55 Low Voltage Drawer Cabinet Three Phase Switchgear for Factory Power Distribution

IP55 Low Voltage Drawer Cabinet Three Phase Switchgear for Factory Power Distribution. Each circuit is an independent plug-in drawer unit, confining faults to a single loop without spreading to the whole system. The horizontal main busbar adopts tinned oxygen-free copper bars (double-row or three-row optional), supporting up to 6300A rated current, with low temperature rise. Built-in mechanical + electrical dual interlock mechanism, strictly preventing live plugging of drawers, wrong closing of earthing switch and other misoperations. Fully enclosed cabinet structure with standard IP40 protection, and IP54 splash-proof and dust-proof grade is optional, effectively blocking dust. Solves the pain point of difficult renovation and expansion of traditional fixed switchgears. Drawer units of standard modulus are fully interchangeable. Adopts three-point guide rail and screw-type propulsion structure, solving the problems of difficult alignment and heavy operation of ordinary drawers. Built-in temperature sensors at all key busbar joints, solving the hidden danger of invisible busbar temperature rise that easily causes overheating and fire. 50kA/1s Short-circuit Withstand Capacity: Reinforced cabinet frame and busbar support structure can withstand 50kA short-time withstand current and 105kA peak current. The drawer unit has passed 10,000 times plug-in cycle test without failure, twice the requirement of national standard, ensuring reliable operation in long-term frequent operation scenarios. Up to 36 Outgoing Loops Per Cabinet: Highly integrated modular layout, a single cabinet can be equipped with up to 36 outgoing loops, with high integration density.
